Recent conversation on the way to day care....
Abigail: Mommy! Bethany said she wasn't my friend!
Me: Oh, of course you're friends. You're special friends...you're sisters.
Bethany: We're sister friends!
Me: That's right, sister friends.
Bethany: And we're twins!
Me: Yep, that's right.
Bethany: Mommy, you're not a twin.
Me: No, I'm not. But you and Abigail are twins. And Sissy (Susannah) and Iah (Moriah) are twins.
Bethany: Girls are twins.
Me: Not all girls are twins, sweetie. I'm not a twin.
Bethany: You're not a girl, you're a mommy!
Hard to argue with that logic!
